2012 | The Textile Foundation: Nicolette Mayer began its journey in the world of luxury textiles, creating sophisticated upholstery fabrics for the furniture industry and professional interior design community. With an emphasis on exquisite Belgian linens, sumptuous cotton velvets, distinctive textures, and refined color palettes, the early collections brought a fresh artistic sensibility to traditional upholstery and decorative fabrics.
Represented initially through Jeffrey Michaels showroom in South Florida, and at New York's prestigious Decoration & Design (D&D) Building through Fischbacher 1819, the brand established its presence within the professional design community, laying the foundation for its evolution into an internationally recognized luxury design house specializing in designer wallcoverings, textiles, and decorative accessories.

2014 | Expanding the Canvas: Nicolette Mayer brought a fresh artistic vision to luxury wallcoverings, pioneering printed grasscloths and helping usher in a new era of statement murals and premium non-wovens that transformed walls from decorative backdrops into expressive works of art. Combining innovative materials with extraordinary pattern, sophisticated color, and a distinctly contemporary sensibility, the brand established its own place in the world of fine wallcoverings.
Initially distributed nationally through Stark and subsequently through the prestigious house of Scalamandré, Nicolette Mayer achieved a rare distinction as an independent American design brand represented alongside Scalamandré's own collections and established, multigenerational European design houses.
Its international presence grew through a decade of participation next to prestigious Missoni and Fendi Home at Maison&Objet in Paris, building a global network of showrooms and distribution partners spanning London, Paris, Milan, Doha, Riyadh, Singapore, Tokyo, and Seoul, etc.
